Neville Stone ran a food hygiene course for our Deaf Association.  There were over 20 candidates, some hearing, mostly Deaf, at wildly differing levels of reading and writing ability.  Some could hardly read the examination.  He managed to teach a successful course, despite having to teach through two British Sign Language interpreters.  Neville manages to maintain interest throughout a very long day of teaching, and our candidates were kept on their toes all day.  This shows great ingenuity and a willingness to cater his course to the needs of the individual participants.  We already have plans to invite him back again for more courses.
