A full day course accredited to CIEH in food safety. Suitable for any person working in catering, where food is prepared, cooked or handled.Course is finished with a 30 multiple question exam paperCertificates provided for successful candidates Topics Covered:

  • Temperature Control
  • Refrigeration, Chilling and Cold Holding

CIEH Level 3 Food Safety Award in Catering 

This course is recommended for supervisors, Kitchen Managers and Managers of high risk food establishments. Successful candidates will receive the accredited CIEH Level 3 Food Safety Award in CateringCertificates provided for successful candidates This is an intensive course over 3 days and will cover the following subjects:
